    Hi Brian, from the EU announcement on their website, it looks as though the facility won’t exist until June this year, and I suppose it will take Ireland some time after that to get its national programme in place (why, oh why always chasing after the ball and never in place to catch it?).

    Likely something like this would go through Enterprise Trade and (un)Employment, but I’ve not seen any discussion of it in the Irish Press.

    Whoever finds out, maybe you could post it here for the rest of us?
